    Home Gym Equipment List

    Getting in great shape requires a relatively small investment in home equipment. Be sure to include foam rollers and therapy balls as well as small loops and longer bands. Light dumbbells, wrist and ankle weights are good addition. A suspension trainer such as the TRX should be considered for its value in functional and core training for all levels of fitness.
