I founded Guttman Fitness LLC in 2014, with the purpose of helping others gain the adaptations of better health and improved mobility from exercise, nutrition, and behavioral change in order to improve the quality of life. In many cases clients have reversed chronic diseases such as obesity, high blood pressure, cholesterol. Many have achieved improved mobility and reduced or eliminated pain by practicing Corrective Exercise protocols and improving nutrition.


Certified as an exercise nutrition coach, I learned how to modify meal planning to match the goal of the exercise period. This requires a new meal plan to be delivered to the client along with a new systematically progressive exercise plan on average every four to six weeks. Even clients who are in their 70s and 80s are building muscle and improving fitness!


My ability to work with those with mobility challenges and post physical therapy became known to Kessler Rehabilitation due to clients we had in common. In 2019 I was approved by Kessler Rehabilitation for post physical therapy functional reconditioning and training. As our new studio doors were opening in 2020, the virus hit. It became my mission to deliver the same highest quality health and wellness coaching and support solutions online.


Leveraging my 17 years experience in IT, experimenting with my clientele remotely and finding the right high quality coaches of complementary disciplines, it became clear that remote training was not only possible but is a great total health and wellness solution with clear advantages. Six months later SmartFit Health and Wellness was born!


Clients can enjoy varying levels of remote support both live and automated. Join groups and forums to engage in social support and pick up tips and tricks from coaches and group members. Join existing groups or create your own. Exercise, nutrition, meal planning, healthy cooking, meditation, and social events for those stuck at home. Free group workshops! Holistic and fun. Times are tough. So are we.

Michael Celeste

Michael Celeste is the owner and instructor at Ancient Fighting Arts. A traditional Chinese martial arts school established in 1997. He has taken over the operation and instruction of the school since 2016. He has studied, competed, and taught Tai Chi Chuan for the last 15 years. He teaches the complete art of Tai Chi Chuan which includes not only the empty hand forms but also push hands, traditional weapons, and self-defense aspects of the art as well.​

I am an American Physical Therapy Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist, a certified athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Central Florida. After graduation I moved to Colorado where I worked in a sports medicine clinic, and with a professional soccer team.  In 2016 my husband and I moved to Germany where I volunteered with the 10th Special Forces Group human performance team. Upon my return to the states I started working with a special operations unit at Fort Bragg in North Carolina. My husband and I welcomed our first baby in September 2020, so working virtually is a dream. I am so excited to put my strength coach certification to use to help my clients reach their fitness goals! I absolutely love creating fun exercise programs while educating my clients about injury prevention.

I believe it's time to accept responsibility for our own health and to stop making excuses for it.I practice because of my love for Group Fitness and the community that is formed when people exercise together. Day 1 you start out as strangers trying to stay in your own personal space, then class after class friendships are made, bonds are formed and a small close knit community is established over exercise.
